It’s all in your mind

I had a tough match last weekend. Down 4:2, serving at 0:30, could be game over in less than 5mins🤦🏻‍♂️ At that moment, I remembered what my coach said to me. Search for the ball🎾 more often than not, I was too eager to hit the ball and ended up mishitting it😅

I managed to calm myself, made some first sevres and held my service game. I then broke back to level the match at 4:4 and eventually wining it at 7:5😬

There were seconds when I was so focus on the ball that it seemed like time had stopped. I had so much time to think what to do with the ball😲

I often apply what I learn from tennis in my business. You have got to be ready!!! ☝🏻Anytime and anywhere. Opportunities can pop up anytime and you have only got one shot. It sounds nerve-wracking but that is precisely the time where you need to take a step back and yet focus on the task at hand👀

Why?

To take a step back and think how to proceed 😉 Look at leaders across the 🗺️and how they respond on stage and press conferences. You will learn a great ideal👍🏻
