Description

The Occupational Personality Questionnaire (OPQ) is a psychometric test for candidate assessment in recruitment and selection, personal development and career transition.

It is completed online and invites you to describe your behaviour, preferences and attitudes in relations to different aspects of your working life.

It presents you with 104 questions in two blocks of three statements on a page. You have to choose which statement is most true or typical of you and which is least like you in each block

The resulting OPQ Report then compares your responses against those of a large relevant comparison group, to give a profile of your behavioural preferences at work.
